- 250 gms Maida.
- 2 Tsp Dry Yeast.
- 2 Tsp Sugar.
- 1/2 Bowl Warm Milk.
- 2 Tbsp Butter.
- As per taste Salt.
Step by step how to cook Cheese Burst Pizza:
- First of all, warm the milk. Add dry yeast and sugar and let it fermet for 10 minutes..
- Add dry ingredients to it and make a soft dough..
- Add butter and mix it properly..
- Leave it covered for 30 minutes..
- Make roti(flatbread) from the dough and roast it..
- Make pizza base and add processed cheese and mozzarella cheese on it..
- Cover the pizza with the roti(flatbread) that was made earlier..
- Add pizza sauce, cheese and toppings and bake it for 25 minutes at 200 degree centigrate..
