  2. 1 3/4 cups milk of your choice, divided.
  3. 1 1/2 cups flour of your choice.
  4. 3 eggs or equivalent of egg substitute.
  5. 3/4 tsp salt.
  6. 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
  7. 1 tsp tarragon.
  8. 4 oz canned sliced mushrooms, drained.
  9. 1 tbsp butter.
  10. 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken.
