  1. 1 cup flour.
  2. Pinch salt.
  3. Pinch baking powder.
  4. Orange food color.
  5. sugar syrup.
  6. 2 cups sugar.
  7. 1 cup water.
  8. 1 lemon juice.

Step by step how to cook Jalebi (Indian Snack):

  1. Add water and sugar to pan, let boil, add in lemon juice and orange food color. Cook until mixture is syrupy. Set aside.
  2. Add flour to bowl. Add in pinch salt, pinch baking powder and orange food color.
  3. Add water and whisk until you get smooth mixture.
  4. Pour mixture in tomato sauce bottle.
  5. Squeeze batter into oil making spiral movements, starting from inside out.
  6. Set aside and fry until batter finished.
  7. Dip jalebi in sugar syrup both sides.
  8. Crunchy jalebi ready to be eaten.
  9. Serve plain or milk.
