- 1 small chicken breast.
- 1 small carrot, cut into 1 inch pieces.
- 1/2 celery stalk, cut into 1 inch pieces.
- 1 small red onion, cut in quarters.
- 1 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley.
- 1 small potato, cut into small wedges.
- 1 tsp garlic powder.
- 1/2 stock (for babies).
- 2 tbsp water.
- 1/2 courgette, sliced in half then cut into thick chunks.

- Preheat the oven to 220c..
- Mix the potato, celery, courgette, carrot, onion with 1 tsp of garlic powder and a drizzle of olive oil..
