  2. 1 small carrot, cut into 1 inch pieces.
  3. 1/2 celery stalk, cut into 1 inch pieces.
  4. 1 small red onion, cut in quarters.
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil.
  6. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
  7. 1 tsp freshly chopped parsley.
  8. 1 small potato, cut into small wedges.
  9. 1 tsp garlic powder.
  10. 1/2 stock (for babies).
  11. 2 tbsp water.
  12. 1/2 courgette, sliced in half then cut into thick chunks.
