- 1 bag fresh spinach.
- 1 (8 oz) container sliced mushrooms.
- Lemon pepper, garlic powder and season all.

- 10 oz chicken broth.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (or more if you'd like).
