  2. 1 tsp baking powder.
  3. 1 tsp baking soda.
  4. 1 stick butter or1/2 cup oil.
  5. 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
  6. 3/4 cup thick yogurt.
  7. 1/2 cup orange juice- freshly squeezed.
  8. 2 tsp orange zest.
  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence.
  10. Handful or some more dried cranberries (dust them in all purpose flour to avoid sinking down in the cake).

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Take a loaf pan and grease it well. Sieve all the dry ingredients in a bowl..
  2. In another bowl beat butter/oil and sugar till light and fluffy. Add the orange zest and vanilla to the beaten mix..
