  2. 1/4 tsp pepper.
  3. 4 medium potatoes - peeled (1 pound).
  4. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour.
  5. 1/4 tsp pepper.
  6. 2 eggs- beaten.
  7. 2/3 cup crushed cornflakes.
  8. 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese.
  9. tsp 1/8 cayenne pepper.
  10. 1 lb frozen haddock fillets- thawed.
  11. 1 tartar sause ( optional ).
  12. 2 tbsp water.
