Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:
- 1 cup paneer (200 gms).
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1/2 water.
- 1 pinch saffron.
- 1 pinch food colour.
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder.
- 2 tbsp flour.
- 2 tbsp corn flour.
- as needed oil or ghee for deep fry.
Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:
- In a deep pan mix sugar and water to make a thick sugar syrup. add saffron and elaichi powder in that syrup. then that off and put it aside.
- In a grinder jar, grind paneer until a plane paste without lumps is formed..
- Pour that paneer paste into a bowl. then add flour and corn flour mix it until a fine paste is formed with a spatula. (vada batter)..
- Then pour the batter in the Jalebi making bag and close it..
- Take some oil(for deep fry) and pour the mixture into the oil with the help of Jalebi bag in a shape of Jalebi..
- When the Jalebi gets a golden brown colour, instantly add it into the sugar syrup which we made earlier..
- After 10 minutes take out your Jalebis and add almond crumbs onto it for garnish..
- And here you go, your paneer Jalebi are ready to eat..
