Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:
- 125 gram paneer.
- 4 tbsp Wheat flour.
- 1 tbsp Corn flour.
- 4 tsp milk.
- 1 pinch Orange of food colour.
- 1 cup Sugar.
- 2 cup water.
- Few Saffron strings.
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder.
- As needed Water.
- as needed Oil for deep frying.
Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:
- Mash the paneer with masher..
- Add wheat flour,cornflour, orange colour & milk.Mix bhi well..
- Put this batter in a piping bag..
- Heat oil in a karahi.With the help of piping bag,make small small jalebis..
- Boil 2 cup water in a pan with 1 cup sugar,cook till sugar dissolves properly now sdd green cardamom powder & boil.Stir for a while & add saffron.Once it become according to consistency,switch off the flame..
- Soak prepared jalebi in this syrup for 5 minutes..
- Serve these jalebis hot..
