Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:

  1. 125 gram paneer.
  2. 4 tbsp Wheat flour.
  3. 1 tbsp Corn flour.
  4. 4 tsp milk.
  5. 1 pinch Orange of food colour.
  6. 1 cup Sugar.
  7. 2 cup water.
  8. Few Saffron strings.
  9. 1 tsp Cardamom powder.
  10. As needed Water.
  11. as needed Oil for deep frying.

Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:

  1. Mash the paneer with masher..
  2. Add wheat flour,cornflour, orange colour & milk.Mix bhi well..
  3. Put this batter in a piping bag..
  4. Heat oil in a karahi.With the help of piping bag,make small small jalebis..
  5. Boil 2 cup water in a pan with 1 cup sugar,cook till sugar dissolves properly now sdd green cardamom powder & boil.Stir for a while & add saffron.Once it become according to consistency,switch off the flame..
  6. Soak prepared jalebi in this syrup for 5 minutes..
  7. Serve these jalebis hot..
