- 1 cup fine pieces of papad.
- 1 cup finely chopped veggies such as capsicum, onion, mushroom, peas, corn.
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped).
- 2 tsp oil.
- 1 tbsp bread crumbs.
- 1 tsp oregano and basil.
- 2 tbsp pizza sauce.
- to taste salt.
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes.
- 1 tbsp maida for making slurry.

- Heat up pan and add oil and saute garlic..

- Add pizza sauce and mix And let it cool a little.
- Now add cheese, oregano, basil, salt, red chilli flakes and bread crumbs to make a dough Make rolls from this dough.
- Make a slurry of maida Dip rolls in slurry with one hand and roll in the papad pieces with other hand to avoid creating mess up.
- Keep the rolls in fridge to set for 30 mins.
