- 3 Tomatoes.
- 1/2 Onion.
- 1 Paprika.
- 3 clove Garlic.
- 1 as needed Olive oil.
- 3 small mozzarella balls.
- 3 Italian sausage.
- 1/2 box Pasta.
- 1 as needed Parmesan or Pecorino cheese.
- 1/3 packages Basil.
Step by step how to cook Pasta al Filetto with Italian Sausage al Forno:
- Add the oil on the skillet and let warm with low fire.
- Cut the tomatoes, basil, onions and paprika and add on the skillet with salt and pepper (low fire) and keep mixing.
- Boil the pasta with the sausages (8 minutes).
- Add everything in a bowl with the cut mozzarella and add the Parmesan cheese on top.
- Put the pasta in the oven preheated at 365°F and keep there for 10-15 minutes.
