- 4 cups Smoked Salmon.
- 1 block cream cheese.
- Fresh Dill.
- 1 large Lemon.
- 1 lime.
- 1 Package Pita Bread.
- Olive oil to brush on Pita Chips.
- Sea Salt or Pink Himalayan Salt.

- In a Large Bowl Combine Cream Cheese, Salmon, Juice of Lemon, Juice of Lime.
- Stir Like a Mad Man.
- Slice Pita bread into wedges. Brush lightly with Olive oil and sprinkle with salt..
- Place in oven on 300 for 8 mins or longer if you would like them to be crisper..
