Ingredients for Spinach Rotini Bake with Meat Sauce & Homemade Garlic Toast:

  1. 1 loaf italian bread.
  2. I box rotini pasta.
  3. 1 pound ground beef.
  4. 1 can spaghetti sauce.
  5. 1 cup fresh chopped spinach.
  6. 2 green onions.
  7. 1 medium to large red onion.
  8. 3 cups shredded cheese.
  9. 1 cup brown sugar.
  10. 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
  11. Butter.
  12. Salt.
  13. Pepper.
  14. Black garlic.
  15. Garlic salt.

Step by step how to cook Spinach Rotini Bake with Meat Sauce & Homemade Garlic Toast:

  1. Brown hamburger with half the red onion and 1 green onion. Season to taste. Drain & Set aside..
  2. Boil pasta to al dente' and place in baking/casserole dish. Coat lightly with Olive oil..
