  2. 250 ml Coconut Milk.
  3. 500 ml Chicken Stock.
  4. 1 small Carrot.
  5. 100 g Button Mushrooms.
  6. 100 g Baby Corn.
  7. 100 g Broccoli.
  8. 1 tsp Lemon grass.
  9. 1 stick Cinnamon.
  10. 1 egg.
  11. 1/4 cup Diced Spring Onion.
  12. 6 Fresh Red Chillies.
  13. 1 " Ginger.
  14. 6 Cloves Garlic.
  15. 1 Red Onion.
  16. 2 tsp Chilli Powder.
  17. 5 ml Soy Sauce.
  18. 1/2 Juice of half a lemon.
  19. 200 g Noodles.
  20. 1 stem Coriander.
  21. as needed Oil.
  22. 1 tbsp cornflour.
  23. to taste salt.
