- 3 cups fettuccine noodles.
- 2 jars your fave pasta sauce.
- 1.5 cups ricotta cheese.
- 1 egg.
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms.
- 1 zucchini, diced.
- 1 large onion, diced.
- 4 garlic cloves, minced.
- 4 sausages, casing removed (I used mild).
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella.
- to taste Salt and pepper.
- 2 tsp basil.
- 1 tbs dried parsley.
- 1 tbs tomato paste.
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs.

- In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook pasta el dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside in colander.
- Meanwhile, mix the egg together with the ricotta cheese and set aside..
