- 1 large carrot peeled and finely cut.
- 1 small bag of potatoes peeled and chopped into chunks.
- 1 red onion peeled and finely cut.
- 1 tablespoon Bouillon vegetable stock made into stock with water.
- 4-5 sticks celery finely cut.
- 2 garlic cloves finely cut.
- 1 large glug of olive oil.
- half a savoy cabbage.
- 1 large handful of roughly chopped Cavolo Nero (kale would be good instead).
- 1 small leek finely chopped.
- Some dried sage and rosemary herbs.
- 1 tin tomatoes.
Step by step how to cook 'Season Supply' Soup!:
- Add finely chooped, leek, celery, carrot, onion and garlic to the olive oil and cook down until softening. About 15 minutes..
- Add the chunks of potato and cook for a few minutes until they start to soften. Add the stock, the tin of tomatoes and the cabbage..
- Simmer for 40 minutes, add salt, pepper and herbs to taste..
- Serve while hot with a generous grate of parmesan cheese..
