- 3/4 lb fingerling potatoes, washed and cut into 1 inch chunks.

- Gravy.
- 1 remaining chicken broth (from crock pot).
- 2 tbsp cornstarch.
- 1 cup water.
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning.
