- 4-5 champignon mushrooms.
- 100 grams chicken breasts.
- 1/4 onions.
- pinch salt.
- 1 tbs oyster sauce.
- 1 tbs teriyaki sauce.
- 2 cm ginger.
Step by step how to cook Chicken Stuffed Mushroom:
- Make a bowl of mushrooms by taking out the mushroom straw or "feet" 😃.
- Cut the chicken and onion into small pieces.
- Heat the oil to sauté chicken, onion, and ginger.
