Ingredients for Chicken-Veggi Platter:
- 2 (cut lengthwise) Chicken breast.
- Paneer 100g (cut lengthwise).
- 4-5 pieces Broccoli.
- 1/4 (lengthwise) Zucchini.
- 5-6 (blanched) Green beans.
- 1/4 cup (boiled) Corns.
- Bell peppers (cut lengthwise).
- 1 (cut into 4 pieces lengthwise) Onion.
- 4-5 (cut lengthwise) Mushrooms.
- 1 pinch Oregano.
- 1 pinch Chilli flakes.
- 2 pinch Bread crumbs.
- 2 tsp (optionally) Diet sauce.
- 1 tsp Salt.
- 2 tsp Olive oil.
Step by step how to cook Chicken-Veggi Platter:
- Marinade chicken with 1pinch salt, oregano and bread crumbs In between you can cut the vegetables Add oil in two different pans 1tsp each First pan add chicken for 1 minute... turn now add blanched green beans and Paneer...add pinch salt and black pepper saute for 2 minutes Another pan saute broccoli and zucchini 2 minutes add bell peppers and onion..add 2pinch salt and 1pinch black pepper and saute for 2 minutes Put into a plate.
- Take mushroom and boiled corns (don't add oil) add pinch salt and black pepper...saute for 2 minutes Chicken-Veggi platter is ready You can use diet sauce (optionally) while serving.
