  1. 2 jars of pasta sauce of your choice.
  2. 1 lb spaghetti.
  3. 1 lb ground beef, cooked and completely drained of fat.
  4. 4 oz cream cheese(I used reduced fat).
  5. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
  6. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning.
  7. 3/4 cup milk or half and half (I used milk).
  8. 3/4 cup beef broth.
