- 6 hardboiled eggs,chopped.
- 1/2 small sweet onion finely chopped.
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise.
- 2 tbsp white vinegar.
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard.
- 1/2 tsp celery seed.
- to taste salt and pepper.
- Cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for garnish.
