- 3 clove garlic finely minced.
- 1 onion diced.
- 2 Bay Leaves.
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes.
- 1 can tomato sauce.
- 1 cup cooked rice.
- 6 cup chicken stock.
- 1 olive oil.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1 kosher salt to taste.
- 1 Mckormics Cajun seasoning to taste.
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
- 1 cumin to taste.
- 1 dash chili powder.
- 2 cup peeled white potatoes diced.
- 1/4 bunch kale chopped.
- 1 can cannelini beans drained and rinsed.
Step by step how to cook Hearty Vegetable Soup - By Phoenix:
- Saute onions and garlic over medium heat until softened. Be sure to not burn the garlic!.
