Ingredients for HomeMade Jalebi:

- half cup Flour.
- 1 tsp melted ghee.
- 1/4 tsp baking powder.
- 2 to 3 pinch food colour.
- 1 tsp gram flour.
- water as required.
- for_sugar_syrup.
- 1 cup Sugar.
- half cup water.
- 2 to 3 whole grrrn cardamom.
- half tsp lemon juice.
Step by step how to cook HomeMade Jalebi:
- In a deep pot add sugar water lemon juice and green cardamom and cook it in to around 6 to 7 mins to make hai sheera of 1 tar.
- In a bowel add flour gram flour baking powder melted ghee and food colour mix it well and add water to make hai normal consistancy batter and cover it to around 15 mins.
- Now heat up the ghee/oil in fry pan and pipe up the jaleebies you can add jaleebi batter in piping bag aur im our simple ketcup bottel as well.
- Now fry this jaleebies until it becomes golden in colour now remove it from the ghee and immediately in normal warm sugar syrup for 1 min.
