Step by step how to cook Jalebi fafda ππ:
- For jalebi... In a bowl add all ingredients mention in jalebi section.. And mix it... in a pipping bag add jalebi mixture in it...and in heated ghee make a jalebi shape and fry until golden.after golden dipped it in sheera for 5 mins now jalebbi is ready..
- In a sauce pan add water,sugar and mix until sugar is disolve and thick consistency.
- In a bowl add all ingredients mention in fafda section and kned until soft dough....after kned it will be a rest for 30 minutes...after 30 minutes... make a small ball equal size.roll the ball like cilyndrical shape and on side of hand pull dough long...and fry until it become golden yellow in colour.now fafda are also ready....
