Ingredients for My Chicken Mushroom Mustard Dish 💜:

  1. 4 Chicken Breast cut into large chunks.
  2. 250 g Chestnut Mushrooms left whole.
  3. 250 g Button mushrooms.
  4. 3 tbls Olive oil.
  5. 1 cup Chicken stock hot.
  6. 1/2 cup White Wine.
  7. 2 tbls Dijon Mustard.
  8. 3 Tbls Wholegrain Mustard add more if you like.
  9. 1 tsp black pepper.
  10. 1/2 cup double cream or you can.
  11. 2 tsp cornflour mixed in 1/4 cup cold water.

Step by step how to cook My Chicken Mushroom Mustard Dish 💜:

  1. Add 2 tbls olive oil to a large frying pan or Wok and heat up. Add the chicken chunks and fry until the chicken is all coloured all over.
