Ingredients for My Chilli Chicken & Mushroom Stirfry with Egg Noodles. 🤗:

  1. 2 tbls Hot Chilli oil.
  2. 1/2 medium white onion sliced.
  3. 2 Garlic Cloves Crushed.
  4. 2 full Chillies Red and Green.
  5. 1 inch block fresh Ginger Grated. I used Powdered I had no fresh.
  6. 2 Chicken breasts cut into strips.
  7. 1 cup Mushrooms sliced.
  8. 1 yellow Sweet Pepper sliced.
  9. 1/2 carrot Shredded.
  10. Sauce.............
  11. 2 tbls light Soy sauce.
  12. 1 heaped tbls Oyster Sauce.
  13. 1 tbls Dark soy sauce.
  14. 1 tsp Sugar.
  15. 4 tbls water.
  16. 1/2 tsp Cornstarch/ flour.

  1. Ingredients.
  2. Add the Egg noodles to a saucepan and water and boiling 4 minutes..
  3. Heat up the Wok add Chilli oil and Onions fry for 1 minute then add the ginger garlic and chillies chopped and fry for 1 minute..
  4. Next add the chicken strips fry until coloured then add the mushrooms and mix and fry for 5 minutrs on medium heat..
  5. Next mix your sauce and stir to mix. Next add the Egg noodle to a strainer. And add the shredded carrots and sweet pepper stir to mix..
  6. Next add the sauce and stir then add the noodles and mix then serve..
  7. Serve hot.
