  1. 2 Chicken Breasts.
  2. 1/2 medium onion sliced.
  3. Handful large mushrooms sliced thick.
  4. 3 small peppers sliced.
  5. 4 Fresh Basil leaves.
  6. 5 Asparagus chopped in 1inch pieces.
  7. 1 handful small plum tomatoes.
  8. 2 heaped Tbls Mango Chutney.
  9. 1/4 cup tomato juice.
  10. 1 tbls Hot Chilli sauce.
  11. 2 tbls white wine.
  12. 1 tbls lemon juice.
  13. 1/4 tsp Black pepper.
  14. 1/4 tsp Salt.
  15. 1 tbls Runny Honey.

  1. Sear both sides of the chicken.
  2. Grease the slowcooker pot then add the chicken and onions.
  3. Then add the coloured peppers and Chutney.
  4. Lemon juice.
  5. Then the mushrooms.
  6. Asparagus.
  7. Tomatoes.
  8. Tomato juice.
  9. Basil leaves, Honey, salt.
  10. Wine, Chilli sauce and Black pepper..
  11. Add the lid and cook on low overnight or morning for 6 hours. All done when your ready to have it.
  12. You end up with a lot of sauce about a cup full.. Just add cornflour to thicken save it in fridge or whatever your having with this chicken dish and pour some sauce over them..
