  9. 1 &Β½ Tsp Baking Powder.
  10. 1 Pinch Of Yellow Food colour (Optional).
  11. For Butter Icing.
  12. 4 oz Of Butter.
  13. 12 Tbsp Of Icing Sugar.
  14. 2-3 Drops Of Orange Essence.

Now add 2-3 drops of orange essence and 2 tbsp of thick yogurt (don't skip yogurt, because it makes the cake soft and elevates the orange flavor),and add 2 tbsp of Orange Marmalade Jam (those orange zest really makes it good, make sure to put zest that is in the jam),Now beat just until well combined.Set the beater aside and let, spatula handle the rest of the work..
  6. Add orange juice and mix with a rubber spatula..
  7. Add dry ingredients mixer in 4 portion and gentle fold in the batter until it becomes well combined..
  8. Pour the batter in a parchment paper lined(optional) and greased cake pan and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until toothpick comes out clean..
