Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:

  1. 200 gm paneer.
  2. 2 tbsp flour.
  3. 2 tsp corn flour.
  4. For sugar syrup.
  5. 1 cup sugar.
  6. 1/2 cup water.
  7. 1 pinch saffron colour.
  8. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
  9. As needed oil for deep fry.
  10. As needed milk.

Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:

  1. Take a deep pan, add sugar water, boil it and make sugar syrup, add saffron colour and cardamom powder and make one thread sugar syrup..
  2. Vrind paneer with 2 tsp water in mixer grinder..
  3. Now karake a bowl add paneer paste, corn flour, flour and milk and make lumps free batter..
  4. Pour the battery in piping bag, or in sauce bottle and deep fry all jalebi in medium hot oil..
  5. Take out jalebi from oil and dip into sugar syrupafter 2 to 4 minute take out and serve hot jalebi..
