Ingredients for Sausage, Kale, and Potato Soup:
- 4 slice bacon.
- 1 lb bulk sausage (We like hot).
- 1 large onion, chopped.
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper.
- 3 medium potatoes.
- 1 clove garlic, minced.
- 1 quart chicken broth.
- 1 bunch kale.
- 1 cup heavy cream.
