- 1 tablespoon butter.
- 1-1/2 tablespoons tomato paste.
- 15 ounce diced tomatoes.
- 1-1/2 tablespoons saffron infused oil see my recipe.
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
- 1-1/2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese.
- Toppings-------------------.
- 1/2 pound smoked sausage.
- 1/2 medium onion thinly sliced.
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded.
- 1/2 cup shredded colby jack cheese.
Step by step how to cook Smoked Sausage Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make the sauce simmer the tomatoes and add the sauce ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes..
