  2. 250 g chicken sausages, sliced.
  3. 150 g thickly sliced mushrooms.
  4. 110 g wholegrain buckwheat pasta.
  5. 200 g spinach leaves.
  6. 2 tbsp creme fraiche.

  1. Boil the pasta, according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set to one side..
