Ingredients for The BEST Chocolate Chip/Chunk Cookies EVER!!!:

  1. 2 1/4 cup flour.
  2. 1 tsp baking soda.
  3. 1 tsp salt.
  4. 1 cup butter, softened.
  5. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar.
  6. 3/4 cup white sugar.
  7. 1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
  8. 2 large eggs, room temp (but totally ok if cold).
  9. 1.5-2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F, meanwhile in a small bowl, combine all your dry ingredients (except sugars).
  2. In a separate bowl, cream together butter with both sugars and vanilla using hand mixer or stand mixer. About 2 min, do bot overmix or it will make cakey cookies (unless that's what you're going for).
  3. Add your eggs one at a time, mix to combine..
  4. Add half your dry ingredients into your wet ingredients, mix then add remaining dry..
