Ingredients for TOP12 Salad Dressing part.1:
- I. Ranch Dressing••••••••••••••••••••.
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil.
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
- to taste Salt.
- to taste Pepper.
- 1 midsized spring onion or garlic.
- 1 tsp lemon zest.
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt.
- 2 tsp chopped parsley.
- 10 stems of Chives (chopped).
- II. Yoghurt mint dressing•••••••••••••.
- 6 mint leaves.
- 175 g yoghurt (plain).
- 150 g Soured cream.
- 1 tsp Lemon juice.
- 1 tsp Mustard.
- 1 tsp Honey.
- 1 pinch salt.
- To taste pepper.
- III. Swiss dressing••••••••••••••••••••.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- 1 tbsp vinegar.
- 1 tbsp mustard.
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 1 tsp pepper.
- IV. Caesar salad dressing•••••••••••.
- 3 oil soaked anchovies.
- 3 cloves garlic.
- 2 eggs yolk.
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar.
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice.
- 1 tsp Worcester sauce.
- 1 tsp mustard.
- 20 g grated Parmesan.
- 50 ml vegetable stock.
- 8 tbsp rapeseed oil.
- 1 pinch sugar.
- to taste salt.
- to taste pepper.
Step by step how to cook TOP12 Salad Dressing part.1:
- In a mixing bowl stir 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 part lemon juice, half part dijon mustard smooth. Finely chopped spring onion & lemon zest also added and stirred well. Also add the 3 tablespoon of Greek yogurt, the chives and the parsley stirring these ingredients nicely as well..
- Place the yoghurt, the soured cream and the washed & chopped mint leaves into a blender. Season the blend with lemon juice, mustard, honey, pepper and a pinch of salt..
- The order of the ingredients are essential/important. First blend very well the olive oil & and the vinegar. Add the mustard & and the mayonnaise and stir well once again. This time we’re going to have a cream texture dressing.
- Wash & dry the anchovies. Finely chop them into high-walled dish. Add the minced garlic, the eggs yolk, the vinegar, the lemon juice, the worchester sauce, the mustard, the parmesan and the vegetable stock to anchovies. Blend them with a hand mixer then add the rapeseed oil. In the end, season with pepper, salt & sugar.
