  2. 150-200 g thinly sliced Beef.
  3. 1/2 Onion.
  4. 2 Cabbage Leaves.
  5. 1/2 Carrot.
  6. 1/4-1/2 Capsicum.
  7. 1 tablespoon Oil.
  8. 3-4 tablespoons Yakiniku Sauce *OR use the sauce below.
  9. <Yakiniku Sauce>.
  10. 1/2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground.
  11. 1 teaspoon grated Garlic.
  12. 1 teaspoon grated Ginger.
  13. 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce.
  14. 1 tablespoon Mirin.
  15. 1 teaspoon Sugar.
  16. Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) OR Chilli Flakes as required.

Step by step how to cook Yakiniku Spaghetti:

  1. Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed..
  2. Prepare ‘Yakiniku Sauce’ and cut all vegetables into thin strips..
  3. Oil a heated frying pan and cook Beef slices. When Beef changed colour, add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. Add Yakiniku Sauce, and mix well..
