- 2 servings Spaghetti.
- 150-200 g thinly sliced Beef.
- 1/2 Onion.
- 2 Cabbage Leaves.
- 1/2 Carrot.
- 1/4-1/2 Capsicum.
- 1 tablespoon Oil.
- 3-4 tablespoons Yakiniku Sauce *OR use the sauce below.
- <Yakiniku Sauce>.
- 1/2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds *ground.
- 1 teaspoon grated Garlic.
- 1 teaspoon grated Ginger.
- 3 tablespoons Soy Sauce.
- 1 tablespoon Mirin.
- 1 teaspoon Sugar.
- Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) OR Chilli Flakes as required.
Step by step how to cook Yakiniku Spaghetti:
- Cook Spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water as instructed..
- Prepare ‘Yakiniku Sauce’ and cut all vegetables into thin strips..
- Oil a heated frying pan and cook Beef slices. When Beef changed colour, add vegetables and stir-fry until cooked. Add Yakiniku Sauce, and mix well..
- Add cooked Spaghetti and mix well. Drizzle with extra Yakiniku Sauce when serve, only if required..
