Recepta Instant Jalebi Kostlich

Instant Jalebi - It turned out very good but i think i could have cooked it a little longer.. Today I am sharing this Instant Jalebi! A quick and easy dinner that is ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients for Instant Jalebi:

  1. 1 cup maida.
  2. 4 tbsp urad dal powder.
  3. 20 gms ghee.
  4. 1 1/2 tsp eno fruit salt.
  5. 3/4 cup water to make a smooth paste.
  6. 500 gms sugar.
  7. 1 cup water.
  8. Few drops Kesar colour.
  9. Oil or ghee for frying.
  10. Few sliced pistachios & almonds.

Step by step how to cook Instant Jalebi:

  1. In a bowl add maida, urad dal powder, eno,ghee mix it with hand very well.
  2. Making syrup in a pan add sugar,water and boil. Add kesar colour, then on medium flame cook for 3 mins. Off the flame.
  3. Now add water to the maida mixture little at a time to make a smooth batter not very thick nor very thin.
  4. Fill in the batter in the sauce dispencer. Heat oil in a pan flame should be medium. Make the jalebies,Fry till light brown.
  5. Directly put the jalebies in warm sugar syrup for 2 min. Remove and keep on a plate garnish with some sliced pistachios & almonds.
