Instant Jalebi - It turned out very good but i think i could have cooked it a little longer.. Today I am sharing this Instant Jalebi! A quick and easy dinner that is ready in under 25 minutes!

Ingredients for Instant Jalebi:
- 1 cup maida.
- 4 tbsp urad dal powder.
- 20 gms ghee.
- 1 1/2 tsp eno fruit salt.
- 3/4 cup water to make a smooth paste.
- 500 gms sugar.
- 1 cup water.
- Few drops Kesar colour.
- Oil or ghee for frying.
- Few sliced pistachios & almonds.
Step by step how to cook Instant Jalebi:
- In a bowl add maida, urad dal powder, eno,ghee mix it with hand very well.
- Making syrup in a pan add sugar,water and boil. Add kesar colour, then on medium flame cook for 3 mins. Off the flame.
- Now add water to the maida mixture little at a time to make a smooth batter not very thick nor very thin.
- Fill in the batter in the sauce dispencer. Heat oil in a pan flame should be medium. Make the jalebies,Fry till light brown.
- Directly put the jalebies in warm sugar syrup for 2 min. Remove and keep on a plate garnish with some sliced pistachios & almonds.
