1. 1 cup maida.
2. 3/4 cup powder sugar.
3. 3/4 cup curd.
4. 1/2 cup oil.
5. 1 tsp baking powder.
6. 1/4 tsp baking soda.
7. 1/4 cup tutti-frutti.
8. 1/2 tsp orange essence.

1. In a bowl put curd and beat,add powder sugar and whisk again..
2. Put oil,whisk well.(oil should not be seen floating on top)..
3. (Mix together Maida,soda and baking powder.)Add this mix little by little.and whisk well again into a smooth batter. Add essence and mix..
4. Grease appe pan.Slightly heat it and off the flame.Pour cake mix in appe pan and put on the flame. keep on medium to slow.Cover and cook for 2 minutes..
5. Remove the cover and turn appe with a spoon.Cover again and cook till done..
6. Taking care it should not burn, specially the center appe.If need be off the flame and let it cook on it's own.Check with a tooth pick or knife.If done remove immediately on a plate..
