Ingredients for Apple Jalebi:
- 2 medium size apple peeled.
- 1 cup all purpose flour.
- 1 cup milk.
- 1 cup sugar.
- as required Water.
- As needed Refine oil for frying.
- as needed Dry fruits like kaju, almonds.
Step by step how to cook Apple Jalebi:
- First of all peeled the apples.
- Then cut in a round shapes.
- Now take a bowl.
- Add milk & flour together and mix well and make thik batter.
- Then heat oil in a kadai.
- Then take slices of apple and deep into the batter and cover it.
- Now fry it till golden brown.
- Fry it with both side.
- Now remove it from the oil and keep aside.
- Now make sugar syrup and add fried apples in it for 10 minutes.
- Then serve it in a serving plate..
- Garnish with kaju and almonds.
