- 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 1 tsp baking soda.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
- 2 eggs.
- 2 large ripe bananas.
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, optional.
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts.
