  1. 1 litre milk.
  2. 1 spoon sooji.
  3. 1 spoon maida/ white flour.
  4. 1/2 spoon baking Powder.
  5. 1/2 cup vinegar.
  6. 2 Springs Saffron strings.
  7. 1/4 spoon Cardamom powder.
  8. As needed Food colour.
  9. 1 and1/2 cup Sugar for syrup.
  10. As needed Oil for deep fry.

Step by step how to cook Chanar jalebi paneer jalebi:

  1. Let boiled the milk..When it is hot enough to rise up then slow the flame and add (1/2 cup vinegar+1/2 cup water) showly and stir..chana has formed...
  2. Now separate chana from water with clean cotton cloth. Hang it for atleast 30 mins..Next start kned the chana...
  3. Kned till no lumps..Then add semolina, maida, baking powder, cardamom powder, saffron, food colour and again start to kned..kned till become very fine mixture...
  4. Now take small chana dough make ball and by your palm on plate roll it and give jilebi shape..If any crakes occurs fix it with finger....
  5. Fry them medium heat till golden brown..Don't fry them in high heat...
  6. Before start frying them prepared sugar syrup upto 1 string consistency..Put hot fried jalebis into sugar syrup in high flame..keep on flame another 2 mins.. switch of flame..Keep jalepis into syrup atleast an hour...
  7. Plate your jalebis with syrup from top, for garnesing added some crushed almonds...
  8. After overnight it sucks syrup and makes fluffy and more soft...
