- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence.
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt.
- 2 teaspoons cocoa powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda.
- 1/2 cup Milk (can be increased to make batter smooth).
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate chip.
- 1/2 tsp walnuts and almonds (optional).

- Pre heat the oven at 180 C. Whisk together jaggery and oil. Mix well till jaggery melts and incorporated well into oil..
