Ingredients for Dalgona Cold Coffee - Hard / Soft Coffee (Both Style):
- For Actual taste of Dalgona Coffee (Hard taste)-.
- 2 spoon coffee.
- 2 spoon sugar.
- 2 spoon lukewarm water.
- Half glass cold or normal milk.
- 3-4 ice cubes.
- cocoa powder (optional).
- chocolate crumbs (optional).
- For soft taste of Dalgona Coffee-.
- All ingredients are same except ratio of coffee and sugar is 1 : 2.
- So, 2 spoon coffee.
- 4 spoon sugar.
Step by step how to cook Dalgona Cold Coffee - Hard / Soft Coffee (Both Style):
- For Hard taste - Take a bowl and add 2 spoon each - coffee, sugar and lukewarm water in it. Mix well.
- Blend it using Spoon/Hand blender to whip this until it reaches Light creamy, fluffy and stiff peak consistency. It will take around 15-20 minutes..
- Now, take a serving glass, fill with ice cubes. Add milk in it. Then pour that frothy coffee on the top of the milk..
