- 1/8 cup finely diced celery.
- 1/8 cup finely diced onion.

- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice.
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin.
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (ground).
- 1 salt and pepper to taste.
