  2. 3 clove garlic finely minced.
  3. 1 onion diced.
  4. 2 Bay Leaves.
  5. 1 can Diced Tomatoes.
  6. 1 can tomato sauce.
  7. 1 cup cooked rice.
  8. 6 cup chicken stock.
  9. 1 olive oil.
  10. 1 tsp sugar.
  11. 1 kosher salt to taste.
  12. 1 Mckormics Cajun seasoning to taste.
  13. 1 tsp red pepper flakes.
  14. 1 cumin to taste.
  15. 1 dash chili powder.
  16. 2 cup peeled white potatoes diced.
  17. 1/4 bunch kale chopped.
  18. 1 can cannelini beans drained and rinsed.
