Ingredients for Japanese Potato Salad:

  1. 250 g Potato.
  2. 15 g Onion.
  3. 1/4 Carrot, thinly sliced and boil.
  4. 1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced.
  5. 2 Slices Ham, cut into small square pieces.
  6. 50 g Mayonnaise.
  7. 1/2 tsp Sugar.
  8. 1/4 tsp Salt.
  9. 2 Dashes Black Pepper.

Step by step how to cook Japanese Potato Salad:

  1. Boil potatoes with skin until cooked.
  2. Mix Mayo with sugar and black pepper and set aside.
  3. Peel hot potato using towel,break with spatula and add salt and onions while hot, mix well and let it cool.
  4. Then mix with cucumber, ham, carrot, mayo..
  5. Chill in the fridge and enjoy :).
