- 3 small peppers sliced.
- 4 Fresh Basil leaves.
- 5 Asparagus chopped in 1inch pieces.
- 1 handful small plum tomatoes.
- 2 heaped Tbls Mango Chutney.
- 1/4 cup tomato juice.
- 1 tbls Hot Chilli sauce.
- 2 tbls white wine.
- 1 tbls lemon juice.
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper.
- 1/4 tsp Salt.
- 1 tbls Runny Honey.
