  2. 1 cup china grass.
  3. 2 oranges.
  4. 1 cup water.
  5. 2 pinches orange food colour.
  6. For For cake :.
  7. 1 cup butter.
  8. 2 cups all purpose flour.
  9. 1.5 cup sugar.
  10. 2 tsp baking powder.
  11. 1/2 tsp baking soda.
  12. 11/4 cup curd.
  13. 4-5 drops vanilla essence.
  14. 1/4 tsp green food colour.
  15. 1 pinch salt.
  16. 2 tbsp whipped cream.

Step by step how to cook Orange Jelly Cake:

  1. For making jelly peel off the oranges and strain the juice with the strainer.
  2. Heat up water in the pan add china grass and mix well.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes add sugar orange juice and food colour..
  4. Cook on high flame switch off the flame and let it cool..
  5. Pour it in your desired shape pan and keep it in the fridge..
  6. In a pan add curd, butter, food colour and vanilla essence mix them well..
  7. Add sugar and mix well with a hand blender..
  8. Sieve the flour with baking soda, a pinch of salt and baking powder..
  9. Fold the flour until well combined..
  10. If it becomes thick then add milk..
  11. Grease the cake tin and dust with flour.
  12. Keep it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for half an hour.
  13. Let the cake be cooled.
