Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:
- 200 gm paneer.
- 2 tbsp flour.
- 2 tsp corn flour.
- For sugar syrup.
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1 pinch saffron colour.
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
- As needed oil for deep fry.
- As needed milk.
Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:
- Take a deep pan, add sugar water, boil it and make sugar syrup, add saffron colour and cardamom powder and make one thread sugar syrup..
- Vrind paneer with 2 tsp water in mixer grinder..
- Now karake a bowl add paneer paste, corn flour, flour and milk and make lumps free batter..
- Pour the battery in piping bag, or in sauce bottle and deep fry all jalebi in medium hot oil..
- Take out jalebi from oil and dip into sugar syrupafter 2 to 4 minute take out and serve hot jalebi..
