Ingredients for Paneer Jalebi:
- 250 gm cottage cheese.
- 1 tbsp semolina.
- 1 tbsp maida.
- 2 cup sugar.
- 3 Pinch green cardamon powder.
- as needed Clarified butter for deep fry.

Step by step how to cook Paneer Jalebi:
- Add sugar, water, green cardamon in wok and make sugar syrup. Keep aside..
- Scramble paneer transfer it in grinder add 1 cup water and make it into fine batter..
- Add semolina and maida and again grind it till it done into fine batter..
- Heat clarified butter in deep wok. Fill batter in piping bag and pour it in jalebi shape in heated oil. Fry from both the sides till it turn into golden brown. Take out and dip it in sugar syrup..
