  1. 2 cup sattu aata.
  2. 1.5 cup brown sugar.
  3. 3/4 cup oil.
  4. 3/4 cup curd.
  5. 1/2 tsp Baking powder.
  6. 1.5 tsp baking soda.
  7. 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder.
  8. 1/2 tsp ginger powder.
  9. 1 tsp Vanilla essence.
  10. 1/2 cup nuts(walnuts, almonds, raisins, apricots, fig, dates).
  11. 1/2 cup juice (mix fruits or orange).

Step by step how to cook Sattu Christmas cup cake:

  1. Soak all dried fruits in fruit juice for 2 hours..
  2. Sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl sattu, baking soda and powder, cinnamon powder, ginger powder..
  3. Add soaked dried fruits along with half quantity of almonds and walnuts.
  4. Mix brown sugar, oil, and curd in other bowl.
  5. Add both dry and wet ingredients to form a thick batter. Add little milk, if batter gets too thick..
  6. Grease a cup cake and pour the cake batter in it. Sprinkle sunflower seeds and cherry on top of the batter..
  7. Bake the cup cake in 180°c preheat oven for 15 min..
  8. Cool it and serve..
